Faun standing in a temple ruin, the moment of being frightened by a crocodile was exquisitely depicted in facial expressions and gestures. Polychrome painting under glaze, green stamp mark Rosenthal Selb Bavaria, molding around 1928. Very good condition, no restorations or other damage. In this fascinating preservation very rare. Height: ca. 35,5 cm.
